    Wonderful place for a visit to London, it has excellent location close to the tube and great services. I enjoyed efficient and extremely friendly personnel that ensures guests have a really nice stay. As for me the food is delightful, and they have lots of meals.

    The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. The room is modern and very well decorated.

    Hidden service charges can be off-putting!!! Consider adding a makeup mirror and more dedicated lighting in the bathroom for a better experience!!! Taxi availability during busy times needs improvement for convenience!!!

    The suite was very comfortable and spacious and the food excellent.

    That bookings are not available on-line for Nahm, and it was a problem to get dinner as many restaurants in the area were fully booked

    The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Because there was some refurbishment being done on the upper floors I was offered an upgraded room and while it was being prepared I had complimentary peppermint tea and biscuits in the lounge/bar.

    No in-room tea-making facilities. No grab rail in/near the shower. I hadn't been aware of any refurbishment being done at the time of booking, but the noise ended around 4pm.

    This place was such a gem! The yoga mats in every room were top quality. The large, beautifully decorated rooms. The location was super convenient for getting around, close to the Tube. I felt welcomed, it was like everyone reminded me of they were family, no complaints whatsoever.
